Shipping Policy

Originals:  We realize you are not going to purchase a piece of art worth thousands of dollars without taking a look at it first-hand. Therefore, we would like to help you. We will take off up to $500 off of the original's price if you are traveling more than 350 miles to visit us. If you fly into the Pensacola, FL airport, we will pick you up and bring you to view the original. When you are finished visiting, we will take you back to the airport. And if you purchase the original, we will help pack and ship it.

Prints:  All giclee reproductions will be shipped in a thick cardboard tube.

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to the purchaser when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. www.thecrayonman.com will send an e-mail when the order is received, and when it is shipped (generally within two weeks).  We will provide a shipment tracking number when available.
