The Commercial Artist at Art Alley in Gulf Shores,AL has always talked about the beautiful osprey that flew over the river in Elberta, AL. One day, she captured this bird on her digital camera. It had a stick in it's claws, but because it's commonly referred to as a "fish hawk", I chose to replace the stick with a speckled saltwater trout -- since that is it's main diet. Being an in-house-artist, everyone at Art Alley was able to watch my progress, and were all amazed with the results. My wife thought that Bon Appétit would be the perfect name for this picture.
